Key Responsibilities Perform various types of massages including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massages based on clients’ needs. Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans to promote relaxation, pain relief, and stress reduction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and preferences. Document client sessions and progress, ensuring accurate records for follow-up treatments. Stay current with industry trends and developments in massage techniques and modalities. Collaborate with other therapists and health professionals to enhance the overall wellness services offered. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is preferred. Certification in massage therapy from an accredited institution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in various massage techniques. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist is preferred. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
