Master Plumber & Field Quality Manager

Tasks

• to lead our field quality operations, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional results on every job.
• help establish and grow our internal Minnesota plumbing team.
• build a department, develop future tradespeople, and potentially help establish an apprenticeship pathway in coordination with Licensing and Human Resources.
• support and develop a team.

Requirements

• experienced
• skilled plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys teaching others, and wants to grow into broader operational leadership.
• Active, unrestricted Minnesota Master Plumber license in good standing.
• Eligibility and willingness to serve as the company’s designated responsible, licensed plumber.
• Ability to meet Minnesota’s requirements for a designated managing employee.
• Preferred: good references, several years of experience, and a willingness to support and develop a team.
