Matillion ETL Data Analytics Specialist (Production Support Lead)

Tasks

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for Analytics, BI, ETL, and MDM production operations.
• Lead daily support reviews: incident triage, aging tickets, SLA risks, and production failure mitigation.
• Drive operational handoffs between onsite business stakeholders and offshore technical delivery teams.
• Manage high-severity (P1/P2) incidents, major issue escalations, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Partner directly with business end users to assess real business impact and resolve reporting/data bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of hands-on production support experience across enterprise Data and Analytics environments.
• 5+ Years working with Matillion ETL/ELT, MDM, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos).
• 2+ Years of experience in Cloud Analytics environments (Snowflake, AWS, or Azure).
• 3+ Years in ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management).
• Proven track record leading Onsite/Offshore coordination and business stakeholder communication.
