MDM QA Consultant/Lead

Tasks

• Lead and manage overall QA activities for the Sprouts Syndigo MDM program
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of testing, including unit, functional, E2E, and regression testing
• Lead QA teams in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to validate MDM implementation functionality and data quality
• Lead QA automation efforts to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and reliability
• Coordinate with business teams to understand requirements and define appropriate test sce

Requirements

• Experience: 10 - 12 Yrs
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and MDM implementation projects
• Hands-on experience testing MDM implementations and validating master data workflows
• Proven experience leading QA teams across functional, end-to-end (E2E), and regression testing
• Experience leading QA automation initiatives and improving test coverage
• Strong understanding of unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, E2E testing, and regression testing
• Ability to develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for MDM solutions
• Experience validating master data quality, data integrity, matching, survivorship, and data governance processes
• Strong team leadership, test coordination, defect tracking, and issue resolution skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, development teams, and external vendors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Syndigo MDM is highly relevant to this program
