Job description
Tasks
- Deboning, cutting custom orders, and preparing ground meats/cuts for showcase.
- Interact with customers to provide cuts according to their needs.
Requirements
- Must be physically able to lift hanging quarters of beef from hook to table.
- Experience preferred, but not necessary - willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule
- 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday with a willingness to work a Saturday shift rotation.
