Mechanical Engineering backgroundExperience in HVAC / Ductwork, Piping, Plumbing, or Mechanical Rooms1–2 years as Mechanical Modeler or 3–5 years as Mechanical BIM SpecialistRevit + NavisworksLOD 400 fabrication experience (Fab Parts / SysQue / Evolve)Spools, shop drawings, or field-installation drawingsUpper-intermediate EnglishImmediate availability + your own equipment
