Assist residents with medications according to physician orders and facility policies. Document medication administration accurately. Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the care team. Support residents' daily needs while providing safe and compassionate care. Requirements: Current Med Tech / Medication Technician certification required. Minimum 1 year of Med Tech experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare setting. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Reliable, responsible, and compassionate.
