What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions and weekly assessments to ensure team members master RCM software, compliance regulations, and project specifics.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new clients in Accounts Receivable to promote consistency and operational efficiency.
• Develop customized training modules and deliver refresher courses based on root cause analysis to address knowledge gaps effectively.

What You Need:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within US Healthcare.
• Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Domain Trainer.
• Proficiency in RCM methodologies, curriculum development, and tracking training effectiveness.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coaching abilities and deep understanding of contact center processes and billing systems, preferably Epic.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: 35000 MXN per month
