Medical Billing Trainer – Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico

RICARDO is seeking a Medical Billing Trainer in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. In partnership with a foreign company specializing in revenue cycle management (RCM) and strategic partner growth services, this full-time role supports training and operational excellence in U.S. healthcare billing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and weekly assessments on RCM software, compliance requirements, and project processes.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new Accounts Receivable clients.
• Develop training modules and deliver refresher training based on root cause analysis to address knowledge gaps.
• Coach team members and track training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Previous experience as a subject matter expert (SME) or domain trainer.
• Knowledge of RCM methodologies, curriculum development, and knowledge-effectiveness tracking.
• Highly proficient written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Strong coaching skills and in-depth knowledge of contact center processes and billing systems; Epic experience is preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

• Gross pay: 35000 per month.
• Schedule: To be determined; typically Monday through Friday.
• Work arrangement: On-site; this position is not remote eligible.
