About the role
Guide our home-based primary care team.
Tasks
- Mentor providers and drive quality improvements while maintaining a reduced patient panel.
- Lead and support physicians, NPs, and PAs.
- Help shape the growth of home-based care.
- Bring compassionate, personalized care directly to patients.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- A current Massachusetts medical license and prescriptive authority.
- 5–7+ years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Geriatrics training or palliative care experience is a plus!
