About the role
Pridestaff is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to maintain and organize patient medical records and support records processing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize patient medical records.
- Scan and upload documents into EHR.
- Process physician orders and records requests.
- Protect patient confidentiality and support HIPAA compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- EHR, data entry, document scanning and MS Office skills.
- Medical records or clinical experience preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented and professional.
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
