Job description
Requirements
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Supervisory or Managerial experience in Medical Records or Health Information Management.
- Knowledge of medical records management, health information systems, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of ICD-10 and medical records coding principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle highly confidential, sensitive, and non-routine information.
