About Buddy Buddy is a supportive platform where users connect with trained coaches to feel lighter, calmer, and more heard through genuine human conversation. Our approach is non-clinical; coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Role Summary As a Mental Wellness Coach, you will engage in empathetic, supportive one-on-one conversations with users, helping them explore their emotions, reflect, and feel understood without providing therapy or clinical advice. Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 supportive, non-clinical conversations with users. Validate emotions without judgment. Ask reflective questions to provide clarity and insight. Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Adhere to platform safety and escalation protocols. Submit brief, accurate post-session notes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Native or professional-level spoken English. High emotional intelligence and empathy. Quiet, distraction-free environment for sessions.
