About Buddy Buddy is a supportive space where users can talk to trained coaches who help them feel lighter, calmer, and more heard through real human conversation. Our work is non-clinical: coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Role Summary As a Mental Wellness Coach, you will hold empathetic, supportive 1:1 conversations with users, helping them explore emotions, reflect, and feel understood without offering therapy or clinical guidance. Responsibilities: Conduct 1:1 supportive, non-clinical conversations. Validate user emotions without judgment. Ask reflective questions providing clarity. Maintain boundaries and confidentiality. Follow the platform’s safety and escalation protocols. Submit brief post-session notes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Native/professional-level spoken English.
