Tasks
- Lead the development and growth of CRIEC’s mentorship program, building strong relationships with employers, mentors, and strategic partners to create meaningful mentorship opportunities.
- Oversee the mentor experience.
- Support effective mentor-mentee matching.
- Work with our program teams to ensure the program continues to meet the needs of our clients and community.
