We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our MEP Division in Qatar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring work is completed within budget.

Job Description
Reqd. Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering with 5–8 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
• Proven experience in Data Center, industrial, and large-scale building projects is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibility:
• The MEP Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all quantity surveying and cost control activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works throughout the project lifecycle.
• The role includes monitoring contractor progress, verifying payment applications, administering contracts, preparing cost reports, and ensuring effective financial control while maintaining compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, tender documents, budgets, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with project procurement, finance, and site teams to control project costs and ensure budget compliance.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering and 5-8 years of MEP quantity surveying experience with Qatar D/L.
• Proven experience as a MEP Quantity Surveyor role.

Skills
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quantity surveying software are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
