Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time. Resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly. Perform bill closing and collect payments effectively at the end of visits. Required and Preferred Qualifications Completed secondary education. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the restaurant sector. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
