Microsoft 365 Lead Administrator/Architect

Tasks

• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Provide L3 support for incidents, service requests, and major incidents.
• Manage tenant administration, user provisioning, licensing, and access controls.
• Implement MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, DLP, and compliance policies.
• Support M365 migrations, hybrid environments, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), problem management, and governance reviews.
• Participate in on-call support and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and architecture.
• Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity management.
• Experience with PowerShell automation, L3 troubleshooting, and hybrid environments.
