Are you a seasoned data leader ready to design and implement next-generation enterprise data solutions? We are looking for a Microsoft Fabric - Data Engineering Lead to drive cloud-native data architecture, modernization, and delivery!
📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL
💼 Role: Technical Lead / Data Architect
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Design: Build scalable data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric OneLake and Lakehouse architecture.
Medallion Architecture: Define and implement Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers for enterprise data platforms.
Data Integration: Develop robust ingestion, transformation, and real-time analytics frameworks using Fabric Data Pipelines and Spark.
Governance & Security: Establish data governance, lineage, and monitoring standards leveraging Microsoft Purview and Fabric native capabilities.
Leadership & Strategy: Guide modernization from legacy data platforms to Fabric, lead solution design, and mentor engineering teams on performance tuning and data modeling.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Mandatory: Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric - Data Engineering.
Good to Have: ERwin Data Modeler experience and enterprise-level Fabric architecture exposure.
Strong background in solution design, estimation, governance, and managing client/stakeholder engagements.
