Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Senior Solution Engineer with deep expertise in Exchange Online migrations to join a global team supporting enterprise migration and digital transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, hybrid identity environments, and large-scale tenant-to-tenant migrations, particularly in merger and acquisition (M&A) scenarios

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and implement Exchange Online migration and integration strategies.Support hybrid identity environments using On-Premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Lead and support Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects.Configure and secure cross-tenant collaboration.Perform source domain discovery and inventory of Exchange objects.Prepare Microsoft 365 email accounts for migration.Review and migrate Public Folders.Execute email migrations using Quest and BitTitan.Standardize and document onboarding processes for new agencies and business units.Ensure secure adoption, seamless collaboration, and successful migration outcomes aligned with business objective
