Tekbricks is hiring a skilled Middleware Developer to join our innovative team in Waxhaw, North Carolina. This full-time role focuses on designing and implementing middleware solutions that seamlessly connect software applications and optimize IT infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement middleware solutions to enhance application compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware applications for performance and scalability.
• Ensure middleware development follows best practices and industry standards.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Document system configurations and updates; provide training and support to users as needed.
• Research and evaluate new middleware technologies and tools to improve system functionality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in middleware development and integration.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, or IBM WebSphere.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with software development frameworks and database management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferred certifications related to middleware solutions or software development.
