Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust middleware solutions to ensure seamless compatibility between various software applications, improving system interoperability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, business analysts, and IT staff to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Monitor and troubleshoot middleware applications to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and scalability. Optimize middleware components for enhanced performance, reliability, and security in line with industry best practices. Participate actively in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases. Document system configurations, updates, and procedures clearly, while providing training and technical support to end-users and team members. Research and evaluate emerging middleware technologies and tools to continuously improve system functionality and stay ahead of industry trends. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in middleware development and integration, with hands-on knowledge of middleware platforms such as Apache Kafka, MuleSoft, or IBM WebSphere. Proficiency in programming languages including Java, Python, or C#. Experience working with software development frameworks and database management systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Preferred: Certifications related to middleware technologies or software development (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, IBM Certified Application Developer). Experience with cloud-based middleware solutions and containerization technologies. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
