Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and MAG welding on metal components, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Apply naval paints and coatings uniformly and correctly. Work with metalcore, flux-cored, and other metallic materials as required. Use ultrasonic and graphite techniques to inspect weld integrity. Collaborate with the team on assembly and repair projects, maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. Conduct regular inspections to ensure welds and finishes meet technical requirements. Keep detailed records of activities and project progress for transparency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Completed secondary education. Proven experience in welding and painting, preferably in a naval environment. Knowledge of metalcore, flux-cored welding, and ultrasonic inspection techniques. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting. Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and projects.
