Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of work areas to ensure strict compliance with safety protocols. Operate mining equipment and machinery following established operational guidelines. Assist in the extraction and processing of minerals using industry best practices. Maintain and clean equipment and workspaces to promote a safe and efficient working environment. Report any safety hazards or discrepancies immediately to supervisors. Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize operational efficiency. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job performance and safety awareness. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven ability to work safely in a mining environment. Strong understanding of operational safety practices within mining operations. Experience operating mining equipment is preferred but not essential. Ability to work in physically demanding environments and flexible hours.
