Mixologist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Manage stock and ensure proper inventory levels
• Provide excellent customer service and create a great experience for guests
• Follow all health and safety regulations and alcohol service regulations

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a bartender or mixologist
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques
• Good communication and people skills
• Must be certified

Schedule

• Part-time
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
