Job description
Tasks
- Lead the design, development and deployment of Machine Learning & AI solutions.
- Drive end-to-end ML lifecycle – data, modeling, experimentation and production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact at scale.
- Mentor and guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ML/AI and data science.
- Proven experience leading ML projects and teams.
- Strong skills in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn).
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Ideally, experience in large-scale, real-time systems (aviation, travel or logistics is a plus).
