Modular Building Plumber

Perform plumbing installation and repairs on modular buildings. Install, connect, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, and fittings. Assist with rough-in and finish plumbing work. Read and follow basic plumbing layouts and instructions. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Identify and troubleshoot basic plumbing issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Work efficiently as part of a team. Requirements: Previous plumbing experience or strong plumbing knowledge. Experience with basic plumbing tools and materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment. Must be dependable and have good attendance. Ability to work Monday–Saturday. Must be able to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Modular building, residential, commercial, or construction plumbing experience is a plus.
