Key Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and bundle banknotes and coins with precision, meeting daily quotas and deadlines.
• Handle cash carefully to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.
• Perform routine quality checks on sorted currency and report irregularities promptly.
• Keep the sorting area and equipment clean and organized.
• Participate in training to enhance sorting skills and operational knowledge.
• Assist in reconciliation by providing accurate counts and documentation of sorted currency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical skills for accurate sorting.
• Effective time management to meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Report directly to the Operations Supervisor and work closely with fellow Money Sorters in a supportive and friendly workplace culture that values collaboration and positive communication.

Compensation: ₱56.25 per hour
