Tasks

• Supervising family visits at the Family Learning Place in a safe, culturally respectful, and trauma-informed manner.
• Ensures the wellbeing of children during visits, supports positive family interactions, and documents observations accurately for internal records and ministry reporting.
• Maintaining firm boundaries, safety standards, and compliance with program policies.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12, post-secondary education in Human Services, Youth Care, Social Work, Indigenous Studies, or a related field is an asset.
• Experience working with children, families, or in a human services environment an asset.
• Working knowledge of cognitive disabilities (FASD, ABI, developmental delays) and the ability to support clients impacted by int
