We are seeking a Monitoring Team Lead based in Panamá, Panamá to oversee and coordinate our comprehensive monitoring activities. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR) projects, tropical forestry, and familiarity with the Verra VCS 4.7 standard, SDVista, and ARR VM 0047 methodology. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise monitoring efforts across carbon tracking, landowner relations, planting activities, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure compliance with Verra VCS 4.7 standard and ARR VM 0047 methodology. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to maintain project integrity. Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting related to tropical forestry and ARR projects. Drive continuous improvement in monitoring processes and team performance. Qualifications Proven experience in managing monitoring teams within forestry or environmental projects. Strong knowledge of Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR) methodologies. Familiarity with Verra VCS 4.7 standard, SDVista, and ARR VM 0047 methodology. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work remotely and manage diverse teams effectively.
