Job description
Tasks
- Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, turnout, and stall maintenance
- Maintain clean and organized barn facilities and surrounding areas
- Assist with veterinary and farrier appointments as needed
- Monitor horse health and communicate updates to the Barn Manager
- Ensure a safe and professional environment for clients and horses
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of horse care experience
- Comfortable handling horses and basic farm equipment
- Reliable transportation and cell phone required
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Schedule
- Part Time
- Tuesday-Saturday mornings (5-6 mornings/week)
- Sunday morning also available
- Approximately 7/8 AM - 11 AM/12 PM
- Priority will be given to applicants who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule and cover the majority of available shifts.
