Job description
About the role
You’ll develop Loan Officers from day one through live production.
Tasks
- Lead new LO onboarding and ongoing sales training
- Coach discovery, phone conversations, objection handling, and closing
- Create the videos, guides, scripts, and scenarios that make training stick
- Keep improving the program as our products, market, and technology change
Requirements
- A mortgage professional with strong product knowledge, Non-QM and HELOC experience, and a passion for building, creating, teaching, and coaching, not just presenting information.
