Job description
Tasks
- Partner directly with client project buyers, manage SOW agreements, and streamline service contract procurement.
- Facilitate RFPs, lead contract negotiations, evaluate terms for compliance and client alignment, and manage VMS.
- Oversee procurement requisitions, invoice administration, and remittance processing using VMS tools.
- Build strategic partnerships, collaborate with project buyers, and deliver program training and insights to support business goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of procurement experience (buyer support for IT or professional services preferred).
- Strong expertise in Vendor Management Systems (VMS), purchasing best practices, negotiation, and analytical reporting.
- Proactive relationship-builder, detail-oriented project manager, and effective communicator.
