About the role
Ogle-Properties is hiring a technician to maintain the physical condition and appearance of multiple commercial properties in South Austin.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs.
- Complete service requests and inspect vacant suites.
- Complete special projects and inspect exteriors.
- Maintain grounds and perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Apartment experience preferred.
