Multi-Skilled Technician MST

ASSIGNMENT LOCATION:
• GH Tower – South Dr., Greenhills Center, San Juan City, Metro Manila
• IBP Tower – Doña Julia Vargas Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least a High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Level.
• With experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic mechanical repairs
• Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Familiar with the proper use of maintenance tools and equipment
• Physically fit and willing to perform field work
• Responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Willing to work overtime and on shifting schedules if required
