Job description
Tasks
- physical work including weeding, tree trimming, grass cutting, emptying garbage and recycle receptacles, and maintaining clean parks and greenspaces
- operate tractors, riding mowers, push mowers, weed trimmers and small tools
Requirements
- must provide their own transportation to the various jobsites throughout the Municipality
- maintain a valid drivers license
- must be a competent operator of, and have mechanical experience with tractors, riding mowers, push mowers, weed trimmers and small tools
- must be responsible, self-motivated and willing to work independently
Schedule
- 24-30 hours per week, approx., Mid May Mid September, with occasional hours as required April and October.
- Seasonal: Part-Time
Pay
- Wage to be determined based on experience.
