This part-time position plays a key role in improving customer experiences and ensuring service excellence at various retail locations. Key Responsibilities Conduct undercover visits to retail stores to assess service quality and customer interactions. Evaluate store personnel performance and compliance with company policies. Document detailed observations and write comprehensive reports on the shopping experience. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance service delivery. Complete assignments on time to deliver prompt feedback to clients. Maintain strict confidentiality about your identity as a mystery shopper. Communicate promptly with supervisors and clients regarding assignments. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required. Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills. Effective communication and report writing skills. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with evaluation tools and reporting software is a plus. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
