Native Japanese IT Technical Support Staff in Kuala Lumpur

RecruitifyHR is hiring a dedicated Native Japanese IT Technical Support Staff to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert technical assistance and solutions to a diverse client base in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver first and second-level technical support via email, phone, and live chat. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to company products and services. Assist with configuration and troubleshooting of network devices, systems, and software applications. Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions in the ticketing system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality based on client feedback. Participate in IT projects to optimize internal processes and improve customer experience. Train and mentor new technical support staff on procedures and tools. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field. Native-level fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English. 2-4 years of experience in technical support or similar roles. Familiarity with IT support systems, Help Desk tools, and computer networking. ITIL or Cisco certifications are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Technical expertise in web technologies, Identity and Access Management (SSO, IDPs, Provisioning), Graph and SCIM APIs, custom and third-party integrations, webhooks, live streaming, mail servers and delivery, and networks.
