NCPDP Healthcare EDI Consultant

Tasks

• This role involves leading technical design, development, and implementation of integration solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of product-based data integration and ETL solutions.
• Work extensively on NCPDP EDI transactions PAS 53, PAS 45.
• Develop and maintain integrations supporting healthcare data exchanges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practice guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance data integration workflows.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Support production deployments and resolve integration-related issues.
• Fully support SDLC for implementation of PAS53 standard in the existing EDI system.

Requirements

• State Government Project Experience is Mandatory.
• Expertise on NCPDP EDI transactions, especially post-adjudication standards (PAS53 and PAS45)
• Experience with SDLC and implementation projects

Schedule

• Contract - W2
• Mostly Remote – Occasional Travel to Client Site
