Jen is seeking skilled .NET and Java Engineers at an intermediate level and above to join our innovative technology team in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. As a key contributor, you will develop and maintain high-quality software applications that drive operational efficiency and deliver outstanding value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions using C#, Java, and ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable applications.
• Implement enhancements and optimize applications for improved performance and functionality.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance your technical expertise.
• Support project management activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Java, and ASP.NET development.
• Experience with modern web development frameworks and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and JIRA.
• Intermediate experience level with at least 4 to 5 years in relevant software development roles.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer.
