Network Security SME

Tasks

• Lead external firewall rules and VPN remediation workstreams.
• Provide technical expertise in SASE, ZTNA, Zero Trust, and enterprise network security.
• Lead and coordinate a team of five, managing technical direction, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Evaluate security technologies, vendors, and solution architectures.
• Support solution design, implementation planning, and readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure, security, risk, and business stakeholders.
• Present technical recommendations and communicate risks and trade-offs effectively.

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise network security architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of SASE, ZTNA, firewalls, and VPN remediation.
• Experience with vendor evaluations, technical assessments, and security solution design.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
• Exposure to Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Cisco, Netskope, or Fortinet is highly desirable.
