THE ROLE
⚖️ Defend employers in employment litigation matters.📝 Draft pleadings, motions and legal memoranda.🔍 Manage written discovery and related projects.📚 Conduct in-depth employment law research.🗣️ Advise and counsel employers on compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.✅ Active or anticipated New Hampshire bar membership.⚖️ 2-5 years of litigation experience.📝 Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings and motions.⭐ Preferred: Employer-side and public employer/labor experience.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
