THE ROLE
⚖️ Meet with clients and file lawsuits.📝 Propound and respond to written discovery.🗣️ Schedule and attend fact witness depositions.🏛️ Schedule and attend all hearings.🎯 Prepare cases for mediation, trial and post-trial motions.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ License in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts.⚖️ Plaintiff-side personal injury and bodily injury experience.🏛️ Proven track record of winning, including 2+ jury trials as first chair.📂 Ability to manage a large, active caseload through verdict.⭐ Preferred: 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury trial experience.
