Night Shift Shop Operator

Dependable and motivated Shop Operator needed with hands-on experience in structural steel fabrication, operating fabrication equipment, reading shop drawings, material handling, machine maintenance, and assisting with production workflow. Responsibilities include operating CNC machinery and plasma cutting tables, reading fabrication drawings & blueprints, material handling, loading/unloading steel and piping, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, monitoring machine performance, assisting with production, and following safety procedures. Requirements include structural steel experience, preferred CNC and plasma table operation, mechanical inclination, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
