Job description
CogniFlow Systems is hiring a full-time No-Code Automation Consultant in Los Angeles, California. In this in-person role, you will help a mid-sized technology company streamline business processes, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction through no-code automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement no-code automation solutions for business processes.
- Map and analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Integrate APIs with no-code platforms to improve functionality and communication between systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Train and support team members on no-code tools and automation best practices.
- Monitor and report automation performance metrics, identifying opportunities for further improvement.
- Evaluate emerging no-code tools and technologies to advance the company's automation capabilities.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in no-code platforms and workflow automation.
- Strong process-mapping and API integration skills.
- Experience with platforms such as Kissflow, Cflow, Pipefy, Monday.com, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Industry-standard certifications in no-code development or process automation are a plus.
Compensation and Employment
Salary: $70,000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, California.
