Tasks

• Coordinate local and long-distance medical transportation, including travel and accommodations.
• Process travel requests for visits to Traditional Healers under NIHB guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of NIHB policies, eligibility requirements, and healthcare programs.
• Ensure client confidentiality, consent, and privacy requirements are followed.
• Review and approve transportation requests according to program policies.
• Maintain driver and medical documentation on file.
• Provide client guidance, advocacy, and assistance with NIHB applications and appeals.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and databases.
• Review health department financial statements and prepare reports and reconciliations.
• Submit utilization, activity, and financial reports to funders.

Requirements

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in healthcare administration is an asset).
• Experience in heal.
