Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative in Germany

Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking a dedicated Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Federal Republic of Germany. This full-time role is essential for delivering outstanding customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently in both Norwegian and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email in Norwegian and English.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Resolve complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff when required.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss service improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven strong customer service skills and experience.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
