Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative in Barcelona, Spain

Jobs Mediator Ltd is looking for a dedicated Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. This full-time position requires fluency in Norwegian and English to provide outstanding support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat in Norwegian and English.
• Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Document and track all customer interactions using internal systems for efficient follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management for continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian (C2 level) and English (C1 level).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
