Notarial Lawyer – San Borja, Lima, Peru

Notaria De Vettori is hiring a full-time Notarial Lawyer to join its team in San Borja, Lima, Peru. This is an on-site position at Av. Aviación 3342.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with an active bar membership and current authorization to practice.
• Proven experience performing notarial duties.
• Knowledge of current notarial regulations and notary office procedures.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and qualifying legal documents.
• Experience with protocol and non-protocol instruments.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
• Verifiable professional references.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify documents submitted for notarial acts.
• Draft and review legal instruments, including minutes and public deeds.
• Advise clients and provide guidance on notarial procedures.
• Verify that each act meets applicable legal requirements.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
