Notarial Lawyer – Lima, Peru

Notaria De Vettori is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its notarial team in San Borja, Lima, Peru. This is a full-time, on-site position for a licensed attorney with proven experience in notarial work.

Requirements

• Law degree; admitted to the bar and currently authorized to practice.
• Demonstrated experience performing notarial duties.
• Knowledge of current notarial regulations and notary office procedures.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and qualifying legal documents.
• Familiarity with protocol and non-protocol instruments.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Verifiable professional references.

Responsibilities

• Review and qualify documents submitted for notarial acts.
• Draft and review legal briefs, public deeds, and other legal documents.
• Provide guidance and advice on notarial procedures.
• Verify that each act meets applicable legal requirements.
• Perform other duties related to the position.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly pay: 4500.
