POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Nuke Compositor to support our post-production and visual effects team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a visual effects professional with strong experience in high-end compositing, integration of CGI and live-action elements, and the delivery of polished visual content for commercial, branded, and digital productions.

RESPONSIBILITIESCreate high-quality composites using Nuke for commercial, branded, and digital content projects.Integrate live-action footage, CGI elements, matte paintings, motion graphics, and effects passes into seamless final images.Perform keying, tracking, rotoscoping, cleanup, paint work, object removal, and shot refinements.Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to achieve the desired visual and technical standards.Ensure all shots meet quality expectations, creative objectives, and delivery requirements.Participate in reviews and feedback sessions, implementing revisions efficiently and accurately.Troubleshoot compositing issues and develop creative solutions to complex visual challenges.Maintain organized project files and adhere to established pipeline and workflow standards.Deliver projects within established deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality.Support the post-production team during periods of increased workload as part of this temporary engagement.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES3+ years of professional experience in compositing and visual effects for advertising, film, television, or digital content.Advanced expertise in Foundry Nuke.Strong understanding of compositing techniques including keying, rotoscoping, tracking, paint, cleanup, CG integration, and color workflows.Experience integrating CGI, live-action footage, and visual effects elements into seamless final shots.Solid understanding of color management, render passes, AOVs, and industry-standard VFX workflows.Exceptional attention to detail and a strong artistic eye for photorealism and image quality.Ability to solve technical and creative challenges in fast-paced production environments.Experience working collaboratively with VFX Supervisors, Editors, Motion Designers, and Producers.Familiarity with Autodesk MAYA, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop is a plus.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Experience working on highly confidential projects and handling sensitive client materials with discretion, professionalism, and strict confidentiality standards.Knowledge of industry-standard file formats, codecs, and delivery specifications.Experience within high-end post-production or VFX studio environments is preferred.
