Job description
Tasks
- Lead nursing operations across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum/Mother-Baby, and Level II or higher NICU services.
Requirements
- BSN and MSN degrees
- Director-level nursing leadership experience
- Strong experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum/Mother-Baby, and Level II or higher NICU
- Experience managing nursing teams, budgets, and clinical improvement projects
- Magnet experience
- Active California RN license and BLS certification required at hire
- Preferred: NE-BC or NEA-BC certification.
Pay
- $222,000–$257,000/year
