SERVINUTRIR S.A.S. is seeking a responsible and leadership-driven Nutritionist Coordinator with a professional license to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain service standards in industrial food casinos. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise kitchen staff during assigned shifts. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Verify proper preparation and presentation of dishes. Manage inventory, supplies, and waste control. Monitor menu adherence and coordinate special diets. Support training and motivation of the team. Resolve operational incidents during shifts. Complete quality and diet documentation accurately. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles post professional license issuance. Knowledge of food handling and good hygiene practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. Availability for rotating work shifts.
